LOCATION

Our wedding will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at The Gale Ranch about 25 minutes north of Las Vegas, NV at
6722 North Rainbow Boulevard Las Vegas, NV 89131. Although we highly recommend taking one of our complimentary shuttles, detailed driving directions can be found below in the Transportation section. 

SCHEDULE

We ask that our guests arrive between 3:30PM and 4:00PM in the afternoon. This will give you enough time to chat with friends, have a drink, grab a quick snack, and mingle with all the animals on the ranch before our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30PM.

Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour where we welcome our guests to enjoy some signature Ventura Spirits Cocktails and enjoy the beautiful scenery before the festivities begin. 

Dinner, dancing, and general wedding revelry will take place adjacent to our ceremony, also on the ranch. 

VENUE / ATTIRE

The dress-code for our wedding is Festive / Semi-Formal. This is a time for celebration! Dress with dancing and delicious food in mind. Please note: this wedding will take place entirely outside on grass and other uneven surfaces, so we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. 

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle service from Aria Hotel to the venue and back will be provided for all guests. The schedule and pickup location for shuttle service is below:

Departure Details

Tour Lobby at the Aria Hotel

The first shuttles will board from the Tour Lobby at the Aria Hotel starting at 2:30PM and depart at 2:45PM or once full. The final shuttle will depart at 3:00PM. We recommended being at the Tour Lobby no later than 2:40PM to ensure a space. If you miss the final shuttle, please take a taxi or Uber to 6722 North Rainbow Boulevard Las Vegas, NV 89131.

Gale Ranch

Shuttles will begin departing from the Gale Ranch returning to the Aria Hotel starting at 8:00PM and will run until 10:30PM. For those who decide to keep on partying, two shuttles will be available until 11:00PM.

1. Take I-15 North

2. Merge onto US-95 NORTH via EXIT 42-A toward Reno 10.8 miles

3. Take ANN ROAD exit, EXIT 90B 0.2 miles

4. Take the 1st right onto W. ANN RD. 0.6 miles

5. Turn 1st LEFT onto TENAYA WAY AND THEN BARE RIGHT TO STAY ON N. TENAYA       0.1 miles

6. Turn RIGHT onto N. TENAYA Way 1.1 miles

7. Turn RIGHT onto ROME BLVD. 0.5 miles

8. Turn LEFT onto N. RAINBOW BLVD 0.2 miles
